Tvarific makes event websites in two ways. With the Autonomous build, you send a brief and we build the site for you. With the Builder, you design it yourself with drag-and-drop blocks and templates. Both include registration, ticket sales and analytics.

Create an account in the client portal. To build yourself, start a 14-day free trial of a Builder plan; no credit card is needed. To have us build it, submit a brief from the Autonomous section of your dashboard.

Choose the Autonomous build if you want a finished site quickly without designing it yourself. Choose the Builder if you want full control, run several events, or build sites for clients. You can use both from the same account.

The event name, dates, venue, a description of the event and anything you already have, such as a logo, speaker list or deck. The more you include, the closer the first version is to what you want.

We aim to have the first version of your site ready for review within 120 minutes of receiving the brief.

An Autonomous build starts at $199 (₹16,999 in India) for a site of up to 5 pages. Larger sites are quoted.

Your site appears in the dashboard as a real page. Approve it, or write what to change and we rebuild it. Revisions before launch are unlimited, and nothing is published until you approve it.

In the dashboard, open Builder and choose New website. Start from a blank canvas or from a template for your type of event.

Yes. Every block can be edited, moved, duplicated or removed, and the Style settings change fonts, colours, backgrounds, borders and spacing.

Starter includes 1 event site, Growth 5 and Agency unlimited. Each site can have as many pages as the event needs.

Headings, text, images, galleries, video, maps, agendas, speakers, sponsors, FAQs, ticket tiers, countdowns, registration forms, buttons and layout blocks such as sections and columns.

Open your site in Builder and go to Tickets & registrations. Add each ticket type with its price, number of seats, maximum per order and the dates it is on sale. Free tickets need no payment set-up.

Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, PayU, CCAvenue, Checkout.com and Authorize.Net, plus pay at the event. Connect them in Settings › Payment, then choose which ones each site accepts on its Checkout tab. Starter includes 2 gateways, Growth 4 and Agency unlimited.

No. Attendees pay through your own gateway, straight into your account. Your gateway charges its usual processing fees.

Open the registration and choose Refund. Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Checkout.com and Authorize.Net payments are refunded through the gateway from Tvarific. For PayU and CCAvenue, refund in their dashboard, then choose Mark refunded.

Yes. Connect Cash / pay at door and turn it on for the site. Attendees book now, and you choose Mark paid when they pay on arrival.

Every site gets its own address on tvarific.site, where it goes live when you publish. Until then you can preview it in the Builder.

Yes. Starter includes 1 custom domain, Growth 5 and Agency 50. If you need help pointing your domain to your site, contact us.

Yes. Every site is served over HTTPS with an SSL certificate.

Every workspace can start one 14-day free trial without a card. You can switch plans during the trial. When it ends, subscribe to keep building; your sites are kept.

Starter $49 (₹3,999 in India), Growth $149 (₹11,999 in India) and Agency $399 (₹32,999 in India) a month. Yearly billing is 10 × the monthly price. Enterprise is priced to your needs.

Plans are billed in US dollars. Accounts based in India can pay in Indian rupees too.

Plans renew automatically each month or year until you turn off auto-renewal in Settings › Billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

Go to Settings › Team, invite people by email and choose what each person can do. Starter includes 2 team members, Growth 3 and Agency 15.

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a code to set a new one.
